At LuxeTrail perfumery, every bottle is hand-packed with care and dispatched quickly so you can start your fragrance journey without delay.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Since we handcraft perfumes every order is checked and prepared individually. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Delivery Time

We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Typical delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro areas may receive orders sooner, while remote locations may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below this value attract a flat fee of ₹49. Cash on Delivery (if available) may include a small additional fee.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it reaches you.

Delays

Although we work with reliable partners, delays can sometimes occur due to weather, courier backlogs, or regional restrictions. If your order does not arrive within 10-12 business days, please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with supporting videos and photos. If your order is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

International Shipping

Currently, LuxeTrail ships only within India. International delivery options will be introduced in the future.
