How long does processing and delivery take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery in India is usually 3–7 business days depending on location. Remote areas may take longer and couriers can be delayed during holidays or extreme weather.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS. If you did not receive one, contact us with your Order ID and we will resend it.
Can I change my address or cancel after placing an order?
Orders can be cancelled or edited within 1 hour of placement. Email support@luxetrail.in with your Order ID and requested change.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. We occasionally run free shipping promotions which will be clearly mentioned on the store.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsure, please try our trial or decant sizes first.
My order arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
Please contact us within 2 business days with a mandatory unboxing video at support@luxetrail.in or call +91 88051 77111. We will guide you through the next steps.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment source. A 2.5 percent payment gateway fee may be deducted. Failed transactions are auto-refunded by the bank or gateway and may take up to 7 working days.
Are your perfumes the same as designer brands?
We create independent fragrances inspired by popular scents. We are not affiliated with the original brands. Notes and descriptions are comparative to help you choose the general style and character.
What is the concentration and performance?
We primarily offer Extrait de Parfum strength. Longevity and sillage vary by skin chemistry, weather, and application. For best results, spray on pulse points and avoid rubbing.
Do you offer trial sizes?
Yes, we offer trial and decant sizes so you can test before purchasing a full bottle.
